About the Painting

The AV-8B Advanced Harrier was developed as a vertical and short take-off and landing (V/Stol) attack aircraft well suited to the U.S. Marine Corps close air support missions.The Harrier was designed to start without ground power assistance, launch vertically from hiding, fly quickly to the target, launch its ordnance, and return swiftly.
